fixed an oopsie with round brush

there was an oopsie where a round brush with size 1 would actually draw a 2x2 shape on the canvas, but i fixed it so its all gooderino.

Hi Pebonius, do you create an alternative program to photoshop ?
photoshop is a good program, but i think it would be better if it didn't cost money.
using scribbonius doesn't cost money, so maybe it will be more popular than photoshop?
