Descent into Danaidra

Descent into Danaidra is a small roguelike fantasy RPG with some randomly generated dungeons and a persistent open area. It's nothing too fancy, I started making it just to see if I could, and it turned out that yes I did :)

The game features:

• two classes (warrior, mage)
• randomized loot for looting
• dungeons for dungeoning
• mobs for grinding
• NPCs for trading
• a day-night cycle for whatever reason
• dialogue for dialogueing
• some music and sounds I made for the game

Controls

Num pad:

[/]	[*]	[-] cancel
[7] up-left	[8] up	[9] up-right
[4] left	[5] wait	[6] right
[1] down-left	[2] down	[3] down-right
[0] pick up item	[.] details	[Enter] confirm

Alternatively to the num pad you can also use arrow keys, though I don't recommend that, since you will not be able to move/aim spells diagonally. Alternate controls are:

• [←] [↑] [→] [↓] - move
• [Enter] - confirm
• [Shift] - wait
• [Ctrl] - pick up item
• [Esc] - cancel
• [.] - details

Shortcuts:

• [E] - equipment window
• [S] - skills window
• [C] - character window
• [O] - options window
• [M] - show/hide minimap
• [1] [2] [3] [4] - use key bound skills/items
